Information you choose to provide

The contact form collects your name, email address, selected topic, and message. Submissions are stored in a private file outside the public web directory for editorial review and a response when appropriate. Do not submit sensitive information.

Search and interactive tools

Site search runs in your browser against a public article index. The site-readiness checklist may use local browser storage so choices remain on that device. These entries are not submitted to Infortified. You can clear them through the tool or browser settings.

Sessions and cookies

The contact form uses a short-lived, secure session cookie for form security and rate limiting. Infortified does not currently run advertising cookies, behavioral profiling, or third-party analytics.

Server logs

The hosting provider may process ordinary request information such as IP address, requested URL, user agent, time, response code, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. Retention and access are limited according to operational need and provider controls.

External links

External resources have their own privacy practices. A contextual link does not transfer your contact-form content to that site.

Retention and security

Contact submissions are retained only as long as reasonably needed to review the request, document a correction, respond, and protect the service. Reasonable technical and access controls are used, but no networked service can promise absolute security.

Your request

Use the contact form to ask about a submission or request correction or deletion. Provide enough information to locate it without resending sensitive content.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected on this page with an effective date that corresponds to the actual update.
